Matthew Hughes is Associate Director, Product Management at AlayaCare and one of the original people behind Nightingale. As Nightingale’s former CTO and original development founder, he brings deep product and sector expertise shaped by years of building technology for Australian disability providers.
His goal is to help providers navigate complexity with greater confidence and build stronger systems for better participant outcomes.
Sid Sen
Sid Sen is Senior Solution Engineer at AlayaCare, working closely with disability and community care providers to help them leverage technology to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and participant outcomes.His goal is simple: to help disability service providers harness technology to operate more effectively, remain compliant, and ultimately deliver better outcomes for the people they support.
